Began her career in the hotel industry, working at Sedona Hotel, Chatrium Hotel, and Traders Hotel Yangon, specializing in events and group planning. She later moved to Dubai, starting from scratch and spending six years in hotel operations, reservations, event planning, and managing MICE groups at Hyatt, Radisson Blu, and Frasers Suites. Her dedication and hard work were recognized, and she thrived in every challenge.
In 2016, Kyi transitioned to the corporate world with Pfizer, once again starting from zero. She managed travel and meeting organization, quickly growing into a team lead role thanks to her expertise, commitment, and leadership skills.
In 2024, Kyi took her next bold step — launching her own business from scratch for the third time. CSN is the culmination of her experience, knowledge, and passion, helping hotels, event agencies, and professionals build their brands, optimize events, and grow their businesses strategically.
Since starting CSN, Kyi has also been invited as a part-time faculty member at Dubai College of Tourism, teaching events and sharing her expertise with aspiring professionals.
