  • Discuss event details such as date, theme, budget, and desired outcomes.

Concept Development:

  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts and themes for the event that align with the client’s vision.
  • Present concept ideas including décor, entertainment, and activities.

Venue Selection and Setup Arrangement:

  • Research and propose suitable venues that meet the event’s requirements (capacity, location, ambiance).
  • Coordinate site visits and negotiate contracts with selected venue(s).
  • Manage venue setup, including floor plans, seating arrangements, and any special setups.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Source and coordinate with vendors such as caterers, florists, decorators, photographers, and rental companies.
  • Manage vendor contracts, timelines, and payments.

Logistics Management:

  • Develop a comprehensive logistics plan covering transportation, setup, and teardown.
  • Coordinate deliveries, load-in/out schedules, and equipment rentals.

Entertainment and Activities Planning:
